"Our experience with the Patterson group was great. We were looking at possibly trading in our 5th wheel. Had not been to Pattersons before, but stopped to look. Walter spent a lot of time with us, made sure we were taken care of and assisted us with any questions we had, but did not apply any sales pressure. Lo and behold, we found a motor home we really liked. We discussed the possiblity of an upgrade/purchase and after several visits and lengthy discussions with Walter, we decided to get that motor home. It was a positive experience with those we got to know best, Walter, Darrel, Bret and Victor. They gave us personalized service and we'd recommend the Patterson group to anyone. "

"I would like to thank Bret Davis for the service I recently received. I had my 5th wheel repaired (body work and painted), then preceeded to go on an extended trip in Jan 2010. The paint began to peel, so before I returned in Apr, I contacted the service department and talked with Bret. He had me return it and redid the paint work for me. He did an extremely good job and we are very pleased. We will recommend others to hsi service department. Please convey our thanks to Bret for a job well done. He is truly an asset to your firm.
